And in novels. I understand sometimes you want to watch a trainwreck, but that doesn't mean you let it happen if you can stop it. *shudders* This is the problem with flash fiction - in so many cases you're left mentally salivating - wanting sooo much more, because the power of a whole story gets smacked into such a small space that it's like candy - a candy that you only ever find once, because the manufacturer just went out of business - it's intensely addicting, but you can never fulfill that addiction. grr... “He felt very cold…” – that’s because he is.
