		<description>@Lysaea: Yeah, but I&#039;ve found that issue still shows up in regular short stories. And in novels. The only way to avoid it would be to completely chronicle the entire timeline of everyone in your fictional world, and most authors don&#039;t have the time or inclination to do that.</description>

This is the problem with flash fiction - in so many cases you&#039;re left mentally salivating - wanting sooo much more, because the power of a whole story gets smacked into such a small space that it&#039;s like candy - a candy that you only ever find once, because the manufacturer just went out of  business - it&#039;s intensely addicting, but you can never fulfill that addiction.
